 Jack Rahaim is the founder and President of Jack Rahaim Consulting. Currently, Jack's practice focuses primarily upon providing facilitation and consulting in Strategy, Processes and Information Systems to the Health Care, High Technology, Chemical Processing, Communications and Financial Services Industries.
Jack's clients in Health Care have included the Baylor Health Care System, Children's Hospital of Oakland, CA, Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), The Bay Group, Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula, United Surgical Partners, Horizon Health, Duke University Medical Center, Ohio Valley General Hospital, Integrated Medical Delivery Corporation (Illinois), Riverside Hospital (Kankakee, IL), Northwest Community Hospital (Arlington Heights, IL) and St. Mary's Health System (Evansville , IN).
Other clients include the University of California at Riverside , Pius XII Foster Care, The Dallas Literacy Council and the Big Brothers of Greater Boston. Jack's clients in High Technology include NTT (Tokyo, Japan), Sun Microsystems (SunExpress - Chelmsford, MA), Lexmark International (Europe and US), Digital Equipment Corporation (Maynard, MA) and GenRad (Concord, MA).
Jack also has extensive experience in applying the process perspective to a number of other industries in the United States and Japan. Prior to starting his own business, Jack spent over 20 years in high tech with a specific focus on the use of advanced processes and technologies to gain sustainable competitive advantage. Jack has also chaired and delivered sessions at numerous seminars on advanced technologies (expert systems) throughout Japan and has delivered seminars on Business Process Reengineering in Tokyo to 50 of Japan's largest companies. Jack has also been a member of the adjunct faculties of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Fitchburg State College and has been a guest lecturer at Stanford University and the Harvard Business School on topics of technology and strategy.
Jack's home and office are in New York aboard a sailboat, thus achieving two dreams in one environment: To live in/near Manhattan and to live on the water. A native of Massachusetts, he has two grown sons and a grandson. He holds a BS in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of New Haven . |
